The three tiers give a realistic frame. The Sauna House and The Retreat carry From-pricing bands finalised at concept; The Estate is quoted by consultation. A design fee applies at stage 02 and is credited toward the build.
Most projects move from first conversation to first sauna session in one to four months, depending on scope and permitting. Permit timelines are the largest variable - especially on waterfront lots.
Yes. Building permits, and where relevant conservation authority approvals, shoreline setbacks, septic and municipal zoning are part of stage 03. We manage the process end-to-end so it stays calm on your side.

Views are usually our starting point. We study sight lines, sun angles and privacy before any layout is drawn, so the sauna, plunge and lounge each frame what matters most.
Small properties can host beautifully focused sauna or plunge retreats. Larger lots can support the flagship Retreat or a fully custom Estate compound. We design to the site.
Yes - much of our work is at cottages, chalets and seasonal residences. We design for low-maintenance ownership, remote-friendly systems and seasonal closing where needed.
