Access is the first conversation. Water-access cottages, private roads, seasonal bridges and spring half-load restrictions change what can arrive on site and when. We schedule the build around the cottage calendar so trades are not fighting the long weekends. On the approvals side, Muskoka has no conservation authority - waterfront setbacks, site plan control and building permits run through the local township and the District of Muskoka, and in-water work can bring in provincial review. We manage that end-to-end as part of stage 03, so the process stays calm on your side.
